I was thinking the following.
The Whole Board Statistics is Powered with Ajax/PHP/MySQL (quick and simple update for our users to see).
Friend Instant Messenger-This feature would be nice so all your friends on your buddy list can chat with you anywhere on the forum board. You can set your status as online/offline/busy/Away. And in the mysql you can have a custom away message etc.. Powered with Ajax/PHP/MySQL.
